There's nothing better than having access to a staff of creative and enthusiastic professionals. CRI has electrical, application, and mechanical engineering resources in-house, working on projects from concept to execution. Each project is designed with a sound mechanical, electrical, and program basis. Therefore, CRI has complete control and responsibility for the machine's reliability, repeatability, and maintainability. CRI provides full documentation for each project.
CRI is a hands-on company built with knowledgeable, experienced rebuilders who have spent much of their time on shop floors operating centerless grinders. The people who develop the controls and retrofits understand grinding from the operator's viewpoint as well as the management's side. Many projects undertaken grind multiple parts simutaneously, or reduce the number of passes that are needed to achieve finish requirements. Many of the processes developed reduce the number of operators needed to grind product. Some reduce the number of machines needed to achieve output requirements. While some of these turn-key projects have complex programming, the goal is to make each machine easy for the average operator to run.
