CRI has been responsible for the design, manufacture, and installation of hundreds of grinders and automated grinders. Some grinders are set up in multiple grinder cells, some are integrated with other equipment in complete manufacturing processes. We've accomplished this by accepting single source accountability, and by viewing our company as an extension of yours.

Through in-house engineering, CRI designs, builds, and backs its own retrofits, conversions, automation, and material handling. Customers gain single vendor support and accountability. CRI utilizes all the universal standards, whether required or not. We build all our projects to OSHA. NFPA, and NEC, as well as other standards required by major auto manufacturer specifications. We use Allen Bradley drives and controls as our standard but we have worked with all the major brands. We have experience in Fanuc, Emerson, and Siemens.

When your machine is delivered, you will have copies of all electrical and hydraulic schematics. Programs are provided, including all ladder logic. We will provide these on disk and in hard-copy formats. We use AutoCad 2000 and CadKey, and can provide electrical versions of the documentation in the format you choose.

CRI doesn't stop there. We go beyond installation and launch into training and on-site support. We will tailor a preventative maintenance (PM) program for your skilled trades or take care of the PM for you as an extension of your workforce.
