When your machine is down, you want help fast. Perusing a maintenance and parts manual takes time. One call to CRI can get you up and running faster. Our trained technicians can give you advice over the phone. Other times you may just need a replacement part shipped out overnight. If you do need on-site service, CRI has service technicians available.
CRI trains its own workforce. Craftsmen in the art of scraping, remanufacturing, and servicing centerless grinders are created from workers with good mechanical instincts. Each apprentice works with an experienced rebuilder for a minimum of two years before completing classification as a rebuilder.
Service technicians understand the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical aspects of Cincinnati centerless grinders, and they have to be well versed in grinding dynamics and field troubleshooting techniques. All you need to do is call CRI, and one of our technicians will discuss your grinding issues and decide the best course for a solution.
