Simple pick and place
with kickout after grind.
CRI has developed a simple, Pick and Place load system for parts that need accurate placement in the grind zone, combined with a kick-out for quick  removal of the ground part.
This single axis system is an affordable alternative for long parts that cannot be properly pushed onto the blade and single part grind processes. A walking beam magazine or part presentation slide is used to position the parts to the pick unit.
