Power roller fixtures have long been used to feed rings.

CRI has redesigned the system
to make size adjustments quick and easy.

 

The power roller attachment is used to feed rings shaped product like bearings into the grinder.  The rollers have adjustable speed, height, and distance apart to feed a wide range of diameters. The power rollers start the parts spinning prior to entering the wheels, adding to the stability of the parts as they enter the grind zone.

The system comes with a spring loaded overhead guide system to stabilize the parts in the grind zone and a specially designed workrest with guides on the exit side.

CRI has designed an easy adjustment feature using a small handwheel to adjust the rollers for different diameters. Fits parts from .500 to 6.00 inches in OD.
