This remanufactured Cincinnati is the perfect choice for thrufeed or infeed grinding. It is often used for a vast array of medical products like dental picks and hypodermic needles. The grinder can be upgraded to CRI's EZTouch control system with CNC dressing and servo slide control to reduce set-up and control the consistency of production.
The remanufactured machine will maintain consistent part geometry in a 24x7 grinding environment. Scheduled, preventive maintenance is all that will be needed for years of productive service.
CRI provides full documentation with each machine, including electric and hydraulic schematics. All programs are included. We provide training for your operators to ensure smooth integration into your production.
