The Cinco 15 Cincinnati centerless is often used for camout grinding.
The Cinco 15 is an excellent choice for camout grinding. Camout is a method of infeed grinding without slide movement, creating one finished part with every revolution of the regulating wheel. The Cinco 15 can be upgraded rate valves, variable speed transmission, slide probe, and camout modifications to improve the productivity of the grinder.
The remanufactured machine will maintain consistent part geometry in a 24x7 grinding environment. Scheduled, preventive maintenance is all that will be needed for years of productive service.
CRI provides full documentation with each machine, including electric and hydraulic schematics. All programs are included. We provide training for your operators to ensure smooth integration into your production.
