The 430-12 is an excellent choice for tight tolerance thrufeed grinding. It is popular in the bearing industry, often used for large diameter outer and inner bearings. Originally designed for diameters from 6 inch to 12 inch, CRI has modified models to accept up to 18 inch diameter work. The 430-12 can be upgraded to CRI's EZTouch control system, dual servo compensation, and CNC or programmable dressing to reduce set-up and control the consistency of production.
The remanufactured machine will maintain consistent part geometry in a 24x7 grinding environment. Scheduled, preventive maintenance is all that will be needed for years of productive service.
CRI provides full documentation with each machine, including electric and hydraulic schematics. All programs are included. We provide training for your operators to ensure smooth integration into your production.
