The Kodiac twin grip CRI centerless available with 30 inch wide capabilty.
The Kodiac twin grip is an excellent choice for tight tolerance thrufeed grinding. It is often used for long shafts, outer and inner bearings, and hydraulic spools. The Kodiac comes standard with CRI's EZ Touch control system, dual servo compensation, and CNC or programmable dressing to reduce set-up and control the consistency of production. The Kodiac has no hydraulics at all, increasing the thermal stability of the grind process.
The new grinder will maintain consistent part geometry in a 24x7 grinding environment. Scheduled, preventive maintenance is all that will be needed for years of productive service.
CRI provides full documentation with each machine, including electric and hydraulic schematics. All programs are included. We provide training for your operators to ensure smooth integration into your production.
Each CRI machine comes with a 24-month warranty on both spindles and a 12-month complete machine warranty. If you experience any issues, CRI's technicians will come to your plant and rectify all mechanical, electrical, or programming issues.
