The 230-10 Twin Grip Cincinnati Centerless Grinder maximizes thrufeed production capabilities for tight tolerance requirements.
The 230-10 can be retrofit with many features to increase production capabilities and reduce set-up time. The twin grip model is an excellent candidate for tight tolerance production with Dual Servo compensation for the top and bottom slide that eliminates slide lock mechanisms, Low Friction slide retrofit for elimination of stick-slip issues, Programmable Dressing for better control of microfinish while maximizing stock removal, and Constant Surface Feet.
The remanufactured machine will maintain consistent part geometry in a 24/7 grinding environment. Scheduled, preventive maintenance is all that will be needed for years of productive service.
CRI provides full documentation with each machine, including electric and hydraulic schematics. All programs are included. We provide training for your operators to ensure smooth integration into your production.
