The posibilities for upgrading are unlimited on the 325-12. Generally the machine is used for infeed grinding with advanced controls, CNC dressing or diamond roll dressing, constant surface feet, a transmission upgrade, and a servo infeed system. The machine is a good candidate for multiple part grinding and for thrufeed bar grinding.
The remanufactured machine will maintain consistent part geometry in a 24/7 grinding environment. Scheduled, preventive maintenance is all that will be needed for years of productive service.
CRI provides full documentation with each machine, including electric and hydraulic schematics. All programs are included. We provide training for your operators to ensure smooth integration into your production.
