The 340-20 twin grip is an excellent choice for tight tolerance thrufeed grinding. It is often used for long shafts, outer and inner bearings, and hydraulic spools. The 340-20 can be upgraded to CRI's EZ Touch control system, dual servo compensation, and programmable dressing to reduce set-up and control the consistency of production.
The remanufactured machine will maintain consistent part geometry in a 24/7 grinding environment. Scheduled, preventive maintenance is all that will be needed for years of productive service.
CRI provides full documentation with each machine, including electric and hydraulic schematics. All programs are included. We provide training for your operators to ensure smooth integration into your production.
