Fast, aggressive dressing.

Dress faster to keep your grinding wheel more open and free cutting. The Zip dresser works off the rotation of the grinding wheel to create friction to spin the diamond. Employing a half inch wide diamond, the Zip dresser allows faster traversing of the wheel.

CRI has used this retrofit very effectively with dressing-on-the-fly processes, especially when grinding soft gummy material that tends to glaze up the grinding wheel.
