1. The purchaser
acknowledges our proprietary design of these products and agrees it; its
agents or employees will not duplicate it, in total or part.
2. Prices are
valid for 60 days from the printed date on the quote and are FOB. Customer
is responsible for all shipping costs.
3. All machines
shipped to Centerless Rebuilders must be washed and free of all oil and
contaminates. If machines are received in condition other than this, there
will be additional charges applied.
4. Terms on
components and parts are net 30 days. Terms on machines and rebuilding
machines are 50% with purchase order, 40% at run off at Centerless Rebuilders
and 10% net 30 days. Terms on loading systems are 50% with purchase order,
40% at installation and 10% net 30 days.
5. Delivery
on machines approximately 150 days unless otherwise stated.
Delivery on loading systems approximately 84 days unless otherwise stated.
6. Warranties:
All completely rebuilt machines have a one-year warranty on workmanship
and manufactured components. Manufacturer's warranty on purchased components.
Grinding
Spindle and Regulating Spindle as part of a machine rebuild have a two-year
warranty. Warranties are subject to proper care and maintenance.
7. Shipping
arrangements can be made through Centerless Rebuilders or by customer.
All machines must be shipped on an air-ride, drop-deck truck and covered.
If shipping by any other type of truck, all warranties will be void. Pick-up
and delivers can be made between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday
exempt holidays. Any other times must be specially arranged for and will
entail additional costs. Waiting time past 5:00 will be billed at overtime
rate.
8. All oils
and coolant used in run-off will be shipped with machine.
